Bang! Bang! comes back kicking and screaming on its latest slab of rough ‘n’ rumble rock ‘n’ roll. It seems improbable that any band save the B52’s could sustain such amphetamine energy for more than ten minutes but here it all is before your very ears via tracks such as “Prefab Nation,” “She Came From Outer Space” and “All Messed Up.” And, believe it or not, this has far fewer ballads than your average heavy metal album.
